Do you make personalized or custom orders?

We do! We are happy to personalize our notebooks with a note or message, change the number of pages inside, use a different paper, add details or adjust the size of the notebook - send us an email to info(at)catalinasanchez(dot)ca

We also offer custom made notebooks, which make a unique gift, commemorate a special occasion, or for corporate identity. Please send us an email for more info.

 

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes! If you are in Toronto and prefer to save on shipping costs, you can pick up your purchase at my studio in downtown Toronto.

At checkout, select the shipping option "Pick up in Downtown Toronto" After the order is placed, we can arrange a time for pick-up.

 

Shipping and tracking info

Standard shipping fees do NOT include a tracking number. Delivery is usually between 6-10 business days, but please note that it may take up to 4 weeks (Canada + US) or 6 weeks (International).

For tracking information and accelerated shipping, please choose the upgraded shipping option or contact us for a quote. You will be provided with a tracking number and faster delivery times.

If the order is shipped outside of Canada, it might be delayed by customs. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we do. International orders usually take some time to deliver, and it might be delayed by customs. We can't guarantee a delivery date. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties or any fees that may be charged upon delivery of your order.
