Our products are crafted by hand with care, using eco-friendly materials to ensure the best quality possible. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not satisfied with it, please contact us as soon as you receive it.

Processing times

All items ship within a week from Toronto, Canada. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Local pick-up

If you prefer to save on shipping costs, you can pick up your purchase at my studio in downtown Toronto. After the order is placed, we can arrange a time for pick-up.

 

Shipping 

Standard shipping fees do NOT include a tracking number. Estimated delivery times are usually:

• Canada: approx 3-7 days
• United States: approx 3-14 days
• International: approx 2-4 weeks

I do not guarantee delivery times and please note that it may take up to four weeks (Canada + US) or six weeks (International).

For tracking information and accelerated shipping, please choose the upgraded shipping option. You will be provided with a tracking number and faster delivery times.

If the order is shipped outside of Canada, it might be delayed by customs or may be subject to customs fees. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We are not responsible for transportation delays or incidents caused by shipping carriers. We do not offer refunds for orders that do not arrive by a specific date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We currently ship all orders from Toronto, Canada. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
